This is an appeal on behalf of the Citizen's Association for Gound Energy (CASE), pursuant to subsection- a(6) of- the Freedom l o f -- Information Act as amended (5 U.S.C. 552), of the actual-denial of the Commission to release- documents requested on October 6, 1989 by (CASE).

disclosure in their entirety or in- part, pursuant to FOIA 4 1

Exemption 6, "because.the withheld information is exempted from public disclosure- because its disclosure would- result; in a j

clearly unwarranted invasion of personal privacy (Exemption 6). "
