Enclosed is one CD of the draft plant-specific Supplement 59 to NUREG-1437, Generic Environmental Impact Statement for License Renewal of Nuclear Plants (GElS), regarding the renewal of operating license NPF-38 for an additional 20 years of operation for Waterford 3.
The comment period ends on October 9, 2018.
The draft Supplement 59 to the GEIS was submitted to EPA via e-NEPA and copies are also being mailed or e-mailed to interested Federal and State and local agencies, industry organizations, interest groups, and members of the public. A copy of this document has also been placed in the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commissions (NRC) Public Document Room, One White Flint North, 11555 Rockville Pike, Rockville, Maryland 20852, and in the NRC Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS). ADAMS is accessible on the NRCs website at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html. The ADAMS Accession Number for draft Supplement 59 to the GEIS is ML18227A028.
