Stone to S. E. Miltenberger attached please find the report entitled:
Assessments of the Impacts of the Salem and Hope Creek Generating Stations on Kemp's ridley (Lepidochelys kempi) and Loggerhead (Caretta caretta) Sea Turtles. Subsequently, the deadline was extended to April 18, 1989 via a telephone conversation between J. C. Stone and J. H. Balletto of my staff. This report provides details concerning plant environs, plant description, turtle life histories, historical turtle plant involvement and projections of future turtle captures and effects. Based upon the facts presented, the company concludes that there will be no significant impact from plant operations on sea turtles. If you have any questions on this matter, please feel free to contact John Balletto (609-339-4748) of my staff. Sincerely, Attachment
