As requested in your letter dated February 10,1994, issuing Technical Specification Amendment No. 66 to Facility Operating Ucense No. NPF-39 for Umerick Generating Station (LGS), Unit 1, PECO Energy Company is hereby notifying you in writing that the ARTS /MELLLA modification was implemented during the fifth refueling outage for LGS Unit 1 and the post modification testing was successfully completed on March 18,1994. Therefore, the provisions of Amendment No. 66 to Facility Operating Ucense NPF-39, have been fully implemented as of March 18,1994.
