In accordance with the Board Chairman's request in a confe'rence call on April 9, 1984, Applicants hereby submit a schedule for responding to outstanding Board requests for information. Several of these requests were identified in CASE's April 2, 1984, " Motion Regarding Board's 3/15/84 Memorandum (Clarification of Open Issues)." 'In the conference call the Board also asked that Applicants establish a schedule for submitting information regarding certain other matters.
Accordingly, Applicants set forth below a schedule regarding the matters identified by CASE and the Board, as well as others of which Applicants are aware.
