8) Serial 12009; dated May 29, 1981 This letter, as were the referenced letters, is an interim 50.55(e) report on the containment internal structures coating deficiency.Section V(a)(2) of the enclosure to Reference 8 provided the testing program to evaluate the previously applied System 9 coating. The coatings that have been identified to be nonconforming are presently beira removed. The statistical testing program to do the testing of the remaining coating is being initiated.

Specification 7220-A-56(Q) (Reference 8,Section V(b)) for the System 9 g y/
