In February, 2014, Fisher shipped six 125VDC solenoids to Brunswick. All six of thosesolenoids were identified as non-conforming prior to installation in the plant. Fisherprovided solenoids that were 125VDC.A total of 10 items were ordered between the two Purchase Orders. A quantity of 6 wereshipped in February 2014 but all were identified as non-confon-ning prior to installationin the plant.
