Gentlemen:
In accordance with Arkansas Nuclear One - Unit 2 Technical Specifications 6.9.1.8 and 6.9.1.9, we have attached the subject reports involving the resubmittal of two 1978 ROR's concerning a design problem in a speed switch on the "B" Emergency Diese.1 Generator that was incorrectly iden-tified on the original submittal as the "A" generator (78-13); the failure to perform surveillance testing as required by Technical Speci-fications submitted originally as a 30-day report but now being re-evaluated as a 14-day type report (78-15); the inoperability of a Main Steam line safety valve (79-19); and the breaking of a warning lockpin on the Main Steam safety valve (79-20) .
50-368/79-19 and 50-368/79-20 are being submitted late after conversa-tions and decisions between the ISE on-site inspector and plant staff.
These reports are submitted late with the concurrence of the on-site inspector.
