DOCKET NOS. 50-445 AND 50-446 CONTROL ROOM HVAC SDAR: CP-84-29 (SUPPLEMENTAL REPORT)
Gentlemen:
- On November 5,1984, by our letter logged TXX-4350, we notified you of a deficiency involving the safe shutdown analysis evaluations which did not consider a potential fire which could affect habitability of the control room and alternate shutdown capability. Also in TXX-4350, we notified you that this issue was reportable under the provisions of 10CFR50.55(e). This issue was subsequently identified by our letter logged TXX-6435, dated May 13, 1987, as an issue for which a final report had been issued. However, the corrective actions were formulated but the schedule for the implementation of those actions was not established. This report updates the status of those
- corrective actions.
