Dear Mr. Johnson:
On September 18, 1985, we verbally notified your Mr. T. F. Westerman of a deficiency involving conduit which was not installed in accordance with design documents. This is an interim report of a potentially reportable item under the provisions of 10CFR50.55(e). Our last interim repcrt was logged TXX-4878, dated June 27, 1986. On August 15, 1986, we requested and received an extension until August 18, 1986, in submitting this report from your Mr. D.
Hunnicutt.
