Dear Mr. Johnson:
On September 18, 1985, we verbally notified your Mr. T. F. Westerman of a deficiency involving conduit which was not installed in accordance with design documents. This is an interim report of a potentially reportatne it.em under the provisions of 10CFR50.55(e). We have submitted interim reports logged TXX-4589, TXX-4615, TXX-4699, and TXX-4823 dated October 10, 1985, November 7, 1985, February 12, 1986, and May 23, 1986, respectively.
This issue has been expanded in scope to review flexibility problems associated with the conduit between the raceway and equipment.
