On September 18, 1985, we verbally notified your Mr. T. F. Westerman of a deficiency involving con 6'uit which was hot installed in accordance with design documents. This is an interim report of a potentially reportable item under ,

the provisions of .10Cfft50.55(e). No have submitted $nteria reports logged .

TXX-4589, TXX-4615, and TX7.-4f99, dated October 10, 1985, November 7, 1985, and February 12, 1936, respectively.

This issue has been expandec in scope to review flexibility problems associated with the conduit between the raceway and equipment. We are contiruing our evaluation and anticipate subimitting our next report by June 27, 1986.
