Dear Dr. Murley:

In accordance with DAEC Technical Specifications section - 6.11.2.d, attached is the Core Operating Limits Report (COLR) for Cycle 13 operation (Attachment 1). The COLR has been prepared from analyses using NRC-approved methods and confirms that all applicable limits of the safety analysis report have been met.

In the referenced letter we proposed to transmit our pending re-analysis of the Loss of Coolant Accident (LOCA) for the DAEC along with the Cycle 13 COLR. Attachment 2 to this letter is the final report of that re-analysis. The results of this re-analysis demonstrate that the Licensing Basis Peak Cladding Temperature (PCT) of 1570 F for the DAEC continues to be satisfied.

No new Commitments are being made in this letter.
