Since NRC is receiving the request to renew CoC No. 9355 (the certificate) more than 30 days prior to its expiration (i.e., March 31, 2025), this CoC is under a timely renewal. This means that you can continue using the previous version of the certificate until the renewed certificate is issued.

This email is regarding Docket No. 71-9355 and CAC/EPID Nos. 001029/L-2023-LLA-0102. The letter sent to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) dated February 21, 2025 (attached), mistakenly requested a revision rather than a renewal of Certificate of Compliance (CoC) Number 9355 for the 435-B Package, Package Identification Number USA/9355.B(U)-96. This email is a follow up to clarify that we are requesting a renewal of the CoC.
