Norma, Thank you for the timely issuance of the RAIs associated with this application. The NWP Staff has been expeditiously working on compiling the response to the RAIs as requested in your letter within the 2 1/2 week time frame.

Unfortunately, due to some unforeseen circumstances our official response will not be able to be submitted prior to 10/12/2022. We appreciate your Staffs continued support on this expedited review request and apologize for this small delay.
