Dear Lisa K. Schichlein:

By letter dated April 4, 2025 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System

[ADAMS] Accession Number ML25094A052), and as supplemented on June 13, 2025 (ML25164A059) and July 23, 2025 (ML25230A135) you submitted an application to the U.S.

Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) for the review of the Certificate of Compliance (CoC),

Model No. New Powder Container (NPC) package. In your application, you requested that the NRC approves a revision to the Model No. NPC package.

In connection with our review, we need the information identified in the enclosure to this letter.

To assist us in scheduling the NRC staffs review of your response, we request that you provide this information within 30 calendar days from the date of this letter. Inform us at your earliest convenience, but no later than 20 calendar days from the date of this letter if you are not able to provide the information by that time frame. If you are unable to provide a response by the time frame provided in this letter and the quality of the response is not adequate, the review will be delayed.

Please reference Docket No. 71-9294 and CAC/EPID Nos. 001029 / L-2025-LLA-0079 in future correspondence related to this request. The NRC staff is available to clarify these questions and, if necessary, to meet and discuss your proposed responses.

In accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Section 2.390 of the NRCs Agency Rules of Practice and Procedure, a copy of this communication will be electronically available for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records component of the NRCs ADAMS.
