This letter is regarding Docket No. 71-9355. The purpose of this letter is to cancel a requested revision of Model No. 435-B Packages Certificate of Compliance (CoC) Number 9355 for the 435-B Package, Package Identification Number USA/9355/B(U)-96. As suggested by NRCs Storage and Transportation Licensing Branch, we are formally canceling a request made in October 2021 to revise content listings in the CoC. The National Nuclear Security Administration submitted a request for revision in July 2023 that supersedes the request from 2021. To support this request, the original October 2021 letter is enclosed.
