By letter dated September 5, 2025, TN Americas LLC (TN) transmitted TN Americas LLC Application for Certificate of Compliance No. 9377 Revision 1 of the TN-32 Transportation Package for CoC 9377. This email acknowledges NRC receipt of the application. The application was fully added to NRC's Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. (ML25248A026) and is currently undergoing a SUNSI review.Our review team is being prepared to conduct the acceptance review and develop a schedule and once started, the goal is to notify you of the results of our acceptance review within 60 days.
