Dear Mr. Rose:

The schedule for conducting the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff review of your submittal indicates an estimated for issuing requests for additional information (RAIs) by May 2025. The RAIs have been downloaded to the NRCs box.

Please perform a review and determine of any information in the RAIs and contact me if you find any information by May 14.

Nevertheless, the NRC staff has completed the development of the attached RAIs related to the materials evaluation. Therefore, we have decided to stagger the RAIs and transmit them to you as they are completed. At this time, I am transmitting the RAIs completed up to this point for your information and to allow you to start working on your responses. Please note that these RAIs may change as we develop RAIs in other areas of the review.

A comprehensive RAI package with the final RAIs will be issued by the timeline referenced above. You may provide your responses to the staggered RAIs in phases or you may submit all of the responses in a single submittal (i.e., the responses will be submitted altogether in your response letter to the NRC around 45 days from the date of the letter with the RAIs).
