Roadmap of Detailed Changes Made to the 435-B SAR from Rev. 5.1 to Rev. 6 The table below identifies and summarizes the changes made to the 435-B SAR, Revision 5.1, to create Revision 6. Revision 6 has been created to implement several requests of the client to improve security and operational efficiency. The location and discussion of all changes are provided in the table. All changes are marked in the SAR text with revision bars.

The activity is stated to 5,610 Ci.. correctly in Section 1.2.2.3, and the shielding evaluation of the IBL 437 uses the correct activity of 5,610 Ci in Table 5.5.4-5, and no revision to the shielding evaluation is necessary.

Drawing 1916-01-01-SAR Updated to Revision 8. Added Flag Note 56 which allows the closure bolt heads to have an opening for a security tool instead of a hex shape as an option.

Drawing 1916-01-05-SAR Updated to Revision 2. Revises General Note 8 to add the baseplate and the rubber pad to the items which may be notched or relieved to accommodate appurtenances on the IBL 437.

Section 7.1.2.2.1 Added text If possible to substeps #2 and #5. This accommodates the circumstance in which the GC-3000 has been modified for security purposes, by which the auxiliary shield components cannot be removed and the shield plug weld is not accessible.

Section 7.1.3, Section Consolidate operational steps removed from Sections The consolidation of steps removes redundancy and 7.1.3.1, and Section 7.1.2.1, 7.1.2.2, 7.1.2.3, and 7.1.2.4.2, and include new adds clarity to the requirements. The added language 7.1.3.2 language governing the accommodation of special form. regarding special form regulates when a pre-shipment leakage rate test is used. Note, Section 7.1.3.2 is the same as the previous Section 7.1.3.

Section 7.1.6 New section. Added to define the requirements for the acceptance of a source as being in special form.
