SUBJECT:

DIABLO CANYON IDVP WORK PLAN My memo dated June 23, 1982, requested you to prepare a work plan for the completion of the Diablo Canyon review.

Please have a draft of that plan for discussion by July 28, 1982. Enclosed is an interim technical report of the Independent Design Verification Program dealing with tanks. This appears to be the first substantive technical report and needs our prompt attention to determine if the general approach appears adequate.

Please give me your comments on that aspect of the report by July 30. The detailed technical evaluation of this report will depend on your overall plan for dealing with the integrated eva]uation.
