DIABLO. CANYON INTERIM TECHNICAL REPORT ON QUALITY ASSURANCE I sent a copy of Teledyne's Interim Technical Report #2 dealing with' quality assurance for your review several weeks ago. This particular report is a critical one since the evaluation of the adequacy of Phase I of the Independent Design Verification Program depends on the overall assessment of quality assurance for Phase I activities. Please give me your assessment of the Interim Technical Report #2.by July 29.
