ALLEGATIONS CONCERNING THE DIABLO CANYON NUCLEAR POWER PLANT (Board Notification No. 82-62)
In accordance with present NRC procedures for Board Notifications the enclosed anonymous letter from a concerned engineer is provided to the Comission for information (Enclosure 1). The allegations expressed in the letter raise serious questions as to the design adequacy of Diablo Canyon, Unit 1.
The allegations are related to the ongoing Independent Design Verification Program which is the subject, in part, of Commission Order CLI-81-30.
