Scope and technical aspects of plan; Sampling criteria; Benchmarking of results; QA audit methods; Size and technical qualifications of review team.
I recognize that current events may overtake the near-term need for this meeting.

seismic design. All of these people, with the exception of Drs. Amin, Kouts ar.d Reich, are associated with universities or private research institu es.
Crs. Kouts and Reich are of course from SNL and Dr. Amin is from Sargent & Lundy.
If we are to put this talent to optimum use I believe that we now must develop a committee charter which leaves them acceotable latitude to exercise th!ir considerable professional judgement,

At the least I intend to use this group, or some.of its members, to serve as an independent review of the confirmatory work being done for us at BNL. As you and I have discussed, however, a properly constituted group could be given a much broader charter and therein serve the interests of all parties.
