The memo from D. G. Eisenhut of June 22, 1983, provides an outline for the f

SER Supplement (SSER) for the Diablo Canyon verification effort.. Section 5.0 is to address the non-seismic design verification which was performed by Stone & Webster (SWEC) and which is a major element of Phase II. As indicated in the' SSER outline, Section 5.0 will be prepared by 051, except l

of Section 5.0.

The SSER Section 5.0 outline pa allels the IDVP Final Report Section 4.7 fnr the initial sample and Section 4.8 for the generic concerns. Attachment 1 is a more detailed outline of 4.7 and also lists the appropriate SWEC l

Attachnent 3 is a detailed outline of Section 3.3 of the PG&E Phase II Final Reoort where the major findings by the IDVP and PG&E are addressed.

Your SSER input should be based on the ITRs, the PG&E Phase II Final Report, and the IDVP Final Report, in paraticular on the information identified in Chapters 4.0, 5.0 and 6.0 of the report.
