REQUEST FOR ACTIO!i lle have recently received a copy of a letter dated May 25, 1983 from Mr. Joel R. Reynolds of the Center for Law in the Public Interest to myself regarding Diablo Canyon. This letter (copy attached) identifies a concern of the joint intervenors regarding the potential prerelease of an hRC report. "r. Reynolds also requested that we investigate the matter.

h'e have considered the concerns raised by !!r. Reynold's letter, and it is our view that an investigation is warranted. Region V has received a copy of the letter and we reco=c.ehd that you contact them directly for further information.
