REGULATORY COMMITMENT COMMITTED DATE OR OUTAGE B17518.01: The appropriate procedure was Complete revised to require development of repair / replacement plans for snubber replacements.

B17518.02: The identified Hydrogen Monitoring Mode 4 from current System valves and piping will be added to the outage IST/ISI programs and will be tested and maintained in accordance with the applicable ASME Section XI and 10CFR50 Appendix J requirements.
