In particular, Mr. McCluskey was informed that certain of your licensed activities appeared to be in noncompliance with AEC require-monts. Theitems and references to the pertinent requirements are listed in paragraph 5 of the attached form Aac-592.

We note that the apparent deficiency described in paragraph 5.a. of the attached form AEC-592 had been corrected at the time of the inspection and no further correspondence is required concerning this matter.

The purpose of this letter is to give you an opportunity to advise us in writing of your position-concerning the renaining itasas, of any corrective action you have taken or plan to take with respect to them, and the date all corrective action was or will be completed. Your reply should be sent to us within 20 days'of the date of this letter to ensure that it will receive proper attention in our further evaluation of this matter.
