DOCKET No. 50-219-Attached is my report of a~ visit.to the subject facility on August 13-15, 1969. No items-of. safety significance were identi-fied. One. item of noncompliance.was noted, for which it suggested that a. Form AEC-592 be sent to the licensee for the purpose of obtaining a formal commitment from the licensee on a suitable replacement for the retired Maintenance Supervisor.
