DOCKET No. 50-219-Attached is my report of a~ visit.to the subject facility on August 13-15, 1969. No items-of. safety significance were identi-fied. One. item of noncompliance.was noted, for which it suggested that a. Form AEC-592 be sent to the licensee for the purpose of obtaining a formal commitment from the licensee on a suitable replacement for the retired Maintenance Supervisor.

separators and will be accounting for.it in the MCHFR calcu-lations.

Because of delays caused by the air ejector-and. cleanup system flow control' problems, it appears that-the.fifth recirculation pump will be back in service before the reactor is operated at appreciable power levels.

The firing of-the poison injection system explosive valves does not appear significant.

We will continue to monitor activities associated with the secondary containment building leak rate.
