No items of noncompliance and no safety problems were noted.

wn The visit of September--30, 1965, was made to the central

office of the Jersey Central Power & Light Company in order

..g to discuss with the President of the Company, and key mem-

...j bers of his nuclear staff, the reactor inspection program of the Regulatory Branch of the AEC.

The visits of October-22, pp 1965, and November 13, 1965, were the initial visits to the

'Y site.

The overpressure test of the dry well,115% of design, h

was observed by our inspector during the latter visit.

ME, As requested by the Assistant Director, Reactor Licensing, in his memorandum to the Assistant Director for Reactors, compliance, of September 20, 1965, information on the facility's airlock is contained in the attached report.
