Limiting Condition for Operation (LCO) A2-93-F0517. ,
1 On June 23, 1993, LCO A2-93-F0517 was initiated on fire seal DG-2-083. A welding ;
lead was routed through the seal causing it to be inoperable. The welding was .l required to support Plant Modification 91-070, Diesel Generator Service Water ;
Supply Header Replacement. Prior to entering the LCO, applicable fire detectors .j were verified operable and an hourly firewatch was established for the area. :j r
The fire seal was restored and the LCO cancelled on July 23, 1993. This report i I
is required due to the fire seal being inoperable longer than the 7 days allowed by Technical Specifications. ,
