F for fire door'no. 206, located at penetration seal no R2-2-070, the south

door of' the' Reactor Building 20' elevation mini-stoa.n tunnel. The LCO was.  !

, ~ initiated to permit MAC test equipment cords to he run into the area. Due to the scope'of the involved work, the seven-day. time. frame'of.the LCO was exceeded'on: February 21, 1990. . Restoration of tho' door'to functional status iw'as: completed'on March 8. 1990. Until. cancellation,of'tiho LCO, the' required fire watches' remained in effect.
