. door This was needed to allow the performance of-Local Leak Rate Testing and maintenance.on the Low Pressure Cooling Injection Inboard Isolation Valve, 2-E11-F015B. Applicable fire detectors were verified operable and an hourly fire watch established to monitor the area in accordance with Technical Specifications.
Compensatory measures remained in effect until the door was restored at 1615-hours on February 23, 1993. .This report is required due to the door remaining inoperable longer than the 7 days allowed by the Technical-. Specification.
