DESCRIPTION OF THE CHANGE:
The BSEP Quality Assurance (QA) Program description located in Technical Specifications was relocated to UFSAR Section 17.3.
BASIS FOR THE CHANGE-I The QA program description was relocated from the DSEP Unit Nos. I and 2 Technical Specifications to the UFSAR to support the implementation of the Improved Technical j
Specifications (ITS) Amendments 203/233.
I BASIS FOR CONCLUDING THAT THE REVISED PROGRAM IS ACCEPTABLE:
The relocation of the QA program description was evaluated with the ITS implementmg Amendments 203/233, approved on June 5,1998. A copy of the relocated QA Program j
description had been submitted (Serial: BSEP 97-0401) on September 17,1997, to allow NRC review prior to the issuance of the NRC Safety Evaluation for the ITS Amendments.
