This amendment request would change the laboratory test standard for carbon samples from the Containment Purge System to ASTH-D3803-86 Test Method "A", with the exception to Test Method "A" that the test will be performed at 70% relative humidity instead of 95% relative humidity.
Subsequently it has been determined that this amendment is not needed.
Because of this Duke Power is withdrawing the proposed amendment referenced above.
