(PSI) commitment to notify your office of orgr-tzational changes which alter the PSI organization as described in the Consolidated Descrip-tion of the Marble 11111 Quality Assurance Program, a summary of the recent organization and organizational title changes within the Nuclear Division is attached. Also, the new organization and titles are depicted on the attached organization charts.

ATTACHMENT 1 1- Discipline Superintendent titles within Quality Engineering have been changed to Manager, with the exception of Welding /NDE, which was changed to Specialist.

2. The position of Inspection Superintendent has been eliminated.

The Receipt Inspection Supervisor, formerly reporting to the Inspection Superintendent, now reports to the Materials Quality Engineering Manager with no change in responsibility.

3. The Quality Records Verification Supervisor, formerly reporting to the Inspection Superintendent, now reports directly to the Quality Engineering Manager with no change in responsibility.
4. The position of Audits Supervisor has been eliminated. The position of Audit Manager has been established and reports directly to the Quality Assurance Officer.
5. The positions of Site Audit Supervisor and Supplier Audit Supervisor have been established and report to the Audit Manager.
6. The Site Audit Supervisor is responsible for PSI internal, site contractor, and design contractor audits.
7. The Supplier Audit Supervisor is responsible for supplier pre-award surveys, supplier source surveillances (formerly responsibilities of the Procurement and Source Surveillance Supervisor position which was eliminated), and supplier audits.
8. The position of Quality Administration Superintendent was changed to Quality Administration Supervisor and gained the responsibility for trend analysis and trend report preparation which was formerly the responsibility of the Quality Engineering Manager. Responsibility for the investigation of identified potential adverse quality trends lies with the Quality Engineering Manager or Audit Manager, as appropriate.
9. The responsibility for surveillance of contractor storage and maintenance activities of PSI-procured equipment after release for installation has been removed from the Materials Quality Engineering Manager and has been added to the responsibilities of the Operations Quality Assurance Supervisor.
10. The position of Station Manager has been eliminated and has been replaced by two new positions. The Station Production Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day plant operations, production engi-neering, and chemistry and health physics. The Station Support Manager will be responsible for technical training, station security, maintenance, and administrative services.
