In keeping with the intent of Public Service Ccmpany of Indiana, Inc. (PSI) to keep you informed of significant changes in the quality assurance program, PSI has returned its Certificate of Authorization No.

N-2456 and the attendant Code "N" Symbol Stamp to the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME). As a result of this acticn, PSI will be rescinding its ASME quality assurance program.

The projuct quality assurance program implemented by the Project Quality Assurance Fanual (PGAM) will remain in effect until further notice.
