Since all licensing activities for Marble Hill were suspended in January, 1984 and our construction permit surrendered on March 1, 1985, PSI feels that all charges do not appear to be to PSI's account. You are therefore, requested to review the charges contained in the subject ir. voices and issue' a credit to PSI.
