Dear Mr. Keppler:

In response to the subject Bulletin, Public Service Company of Indiana, Inc. (PSI) transmitted to you on December 16, 1982 the results of the review of onsite radiograph sets of piping subassemblies supplied by ITT Grinnell, Kernersville, North Carolina. This encompassed a 100 percent review of the onsite radiograph sets for welds in shop fabricated ASME Code Class 1 and 2 piping subassemblies, regardless of wall thickness.

In addition, PSI has investigated the possibility of ITT Grinnell, Kernersville, North Carolina, providing shop fabricated ASME Code Class 1 and 2 piping subassemblies with pipe wall thicknesses less than one half inch to other PSI suppliers. Results of this investi-gation verify that all piping subassemblies in question were included in the onsite review.
