Dear Mr. Keppler:
In response to IE Bulletin No. 83-06, " Nonconforming Materials Supplied by Tube-Line Corporation Facilities at Long Island City, New York; Houston, Texas; and Carol Stream, Illinois," Public Service Company of Indiana, Inc.'s (PSI's) Architect / Engineer, Sargent & Lundy, has sent inquiries concerning the use of Tube-Line supplied materials to the vendors of safety-related equipment for Marble Hill. Sargent & Lundy has informed PSI that all the responses to these inquiries have not been received.
In order to allow adequate review and evaluation of vendor information, PSI requests an extension of time to reply to IE Bulletin No. 83-06.
A further report concerning this matter will be submitted on or before March 31, 1984.
