Dear Mr. Keppler:

Per the requirements of 10 CFR 50.55 (f), Public Service Company of Indiana, Inc. (PSI) hereby submits for your review the current description of the Quality Assurance Program. Revisions to the consolidated description of the Quality Assurance Program dated April 28, 1980, are denoted with side bars next to the affected paragraphs. The revisions have occurred primarily due to organizational changes and clarifications of the Quality Assurance Program descriptions.

PSI has kept the NRC informed of organizational and program changes since the original Quality Assurance Program description dated April 28, 1980, through subsequent correspondence. The changes identified in this document do not reflect a reduction in commitments, but more accurately describe program enhancements and actual practices. Attached to this letter is a description as required by 10 CFR 50.55 (f) of the revisions to aid in your review of this document. This consolidated report supersedes all other Quality Assurance Program descriptions and will serve as the PSI description of the Marble Hill Construction Quality Assurance Program.
