Marble Hill Nuclear Generating Station, Units 1 and 2

Dear Mr. Denton:

. As I indicated in my letter of February 6,1984, PSI intends to keep you informed of significant changes in the quality assurance projram of the Marble Hill Nuclear Generating Station. Due to the can-cellation of construction activities and in keeping with PSI's intention of investment recovery, the quality assurance program is being revised to reflect the organizational structure of the Investment Recovery Pro-gram.

This will result in revisions consisting of changes in titles and reporting lines, and elimination of no longer applicable criteria.

The quality assurance progranmatic controls which will be affected for our sales effort will closely parallel those existing in the present "PRN ECT QUALITY ASSURANCE MANUAL". The revised program entitled "IN-VES'IMENT RTOVERY QUALITY ASSURANCE MANUAL" is in cmpliance with the applicable requirenunts of 10 CFR 50, Appendix B which relate to our In-vestment Recovery Program.
