Reduced ;:ower to approximately 72% for condenser delta-T limits and then replaced the ptana motor.

90-02 900122 F 63.2 0 1 90-001 CJ VALVEK The plant was taken off-line to identify the source of Reactor Coolant System unidentified leakage which exceeded Technical Specifications. RCV-11 (the PORV Block Valve) had a packing leak. The leekage was isolated when RCV-11 was closed.
