TENNESSEE VALLEY AUTHORITY - SEQUOYAH NUCLEAR PLANT UNIT 1 - DOCKET NO. 50-327 - FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE DPR REPORTABLE OCCURRENCE REPORT SQRO-50-327/81021 The enclosed report provides details concerning the stopping of reactor coolant pumps 1 and 2 with reactor coolant pumps 3 and 4 and residual heat removal pump B also out of service. This event required entry into limiting condition for operation 3.4.1.3.a and 3.4.1.3.b and is reported under Sequoyah unit 1 Technical Specification 6.9.1.13.b.
