1 American Warming & Ventilating, Inc., has been notified by Bechtel Power Corporation that the dampers shipped on this Project, as identified in AWV's May 6,1980 Notification, are classified as Non-Safety Related Equipment. As such the dampers do not have the pot _atial to create, "A substantial safety hazard",

and do not fall under the reporting requirements of 10 CFR 21.

This letter shall serve as notification that AWV is retracting all reference to the subject dampers concerning 10 CFR 21.

NOTE: AWV will continue and complete all required corrective action (s).
