In accordance with Arkansas Nuclear One Unit 1 Technical Specification 6.12.3.2.b, attached is the subject report concer. ling the lead hydrogen purge fan, VSF-30A, that tripped on overload due to the stuck check valve, HPA-5, on the suction of the fan. Due to a reailing problem this LER is being processed late. Hopefully, this delay will not occur again.
