The i o . l standby hydrogen purge system remained operable. The problem was found i o , i to be a stuck check valve (HPA-5) on the suction of the fan. The valve i o a twas returned to operable status by freeina the valve and completino a I o i Isuccessful surveillance test on the fot. This occurrence is similar to I o iLER's 50-313/77-009 & 78-016. Reportable per T.S. 6.12.3.2(b). i
