NJ 0005622 Attached are the Discharging Monitoring Reports for Salem Nuclear Generating Station containing the information, as outlined in Permit No. NJ 0005622 for the month of October 1979.

The material removed from th~ main circulating water and collected on the travel{ng screens was removed from the property by the O'Hara Sanitation Company, Inc., ~ing of Prussia, Pennsylvania and deposited at the Quinton landfill.
