The following exclusions are included in the attached report and explained below.
Exclusions have not endangered nor significantly impacted health or the environment.

481 484 486 FAC 87A 489 EXPLANATION Total Suspended Solids - Correlation of influent and effluent analytical results indicates sampling technique or systematic flow related problems.
Continued net discharge of this magnitude is not feasible.
Installation of an improved sampling system is in progress.
