NEW JERSEY POLLUTANT DISCHARGE ELIMINATION SYSTEM DISCHARGE MONITORING REPORTS SALEM GENERATING STATION PERMIT NO. NJ0005622 Enclosed, please find corrected page 17 of 17 for the September 1993 Discharge Monitoring Report (DMR).
An incorrect entry was made into the reporting fields for FLOW through DSN-489B.
This outfall was in service during the reporting period, consequently REPORT MNTH AVG and REPORT DLY MAX should have been reported as 0.0055 MGD.
The code "NODI" was erroneously entered into these fields.
The corrections have been highlighted to facilitate the update to your records.
